UTM Inquiry

2022/2023 will be our 8th season of operating in the province of Ontario. Since 2016 we have expanded UTM to many part of Ontario, a concept that way back when the organization was created we had no idea the softball community would take a liking to our different approach for organizational leadership. In the summer of 2022 we look forward to seeing our affiliated teams in Ontario and Alberta perform well on and off the field. As of right now (summer 2022) we have teams in the following locales/age categories.

UTM Revolution 2K7 - U15 Tier 1
UTM Bandits 2K8 - U15 Tier 1
UTM Revolution Morriston - U19
UTM Revolution Halton - U19
UTM Revolution Windsor - U19
Southern Alberta Revolution - U17

We are always interested in talking to new potential leaders who wish to run their own competitive softball program, and/or folks who maybe on the outside looking in for a way to get more involved in the sport. Particularly we would love to get teams set-up at multiple age categories in the following communities:

Hamilton/Burlington
Niagara Falls

New programs must have the support of the PWSA, and as such getting the process going early helps determine if a case can be made to grow our programs. We are not an organization that simply takes on teams from existing centres, we want to increase players playing the sport, and specifically grow the sport in areas underserviced today.

Being an affiliated member of UTM Fastpitch provides our teams with contacts within the organization that can be used to schedule exhibition games, borrower players for tournament weekends, share expenses for 3rd party coaching sessions etc. Our leadership team can also help assist new affiliates get off the ground with the approval of the PWSA Board of Directors. We can also assist with fund raising, tournament selection, athlete recruitment & development. Collectively all our affiliates are who and what UTM is all about. We will continue to grow and represent the U strong.
